This is done by taking a look at the title deed or ownership status of the property and records for the atleast 30 years, ensuring that the property is transferable and heritable, free from encumbrance and the transferor/sellor is authorized to sell it and make sure that all dues related to payment of taxes, electricity bills and water bills have been paid till the date of purchase.
Thus, we verify the genuineness of title deeds with respective Sub Registrar office, well before the release of loan to the buyers.
